• May, June, the 1^st week in July and September the minimum number of nights booked is 2
• The 8^th – 22^nd July the minimum number of nights booked is 5
• The 22^nd July – 26^th August bookings are for a multiple of 7 nights only Saturday – Saturday

Group bookings with sole use of the facilities available by request from €1800 for a weekend and from €4500 for a week – please note we are in a small village with neighbours nearby so we do not recommend the gites as a party venue.

If you’re comparing costs, please remember that we include all bedding, towels, electric, water, cleaning, taxes etc. there are no hidden costs.

All direct bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

A €150/£150 security deposit (per gite i.e. if all 5 gites are booked by one party the deposit is €750/£750) will be invoiced with the balance payment and will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided the gites are left tidy and no major damages are found.

You can pay in Pounds Sterling or Euros.

Long term winter lets (Mid September – End of April) are available from €550/£500 per month, minimum stay 2 months. Logs for heating the gite will be charged extra. Please contact us for more information.
